Two separate legal entities
JAXN Intelligence (Pty) Ltd and JAXN Capital are two separate legal entities. JAXN Intelligence (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/309131/07) is a business-to-business software and market-data company: its products are informational research and analytics tools. It is not a registered financial services provider, it does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, it does not manage money or assets on anyone's behalf, and it does not execute trades. JAXN Capital is a separate proprietary-trading business; it sells nothing on this site and is not party to any subscription bought here. Every software subscription, invoice and card payment on this site is with JAXN Intelligence (Pty) Ltd.
