Our Hiring Philosophy

We hire for depth over breadth. Specialists who go further in their craft than most ever will — in quantitative modelling, commodity markets, systematic risk, or agricultural fundamentals.

We do not hire from a checklist. Degree requirements are context, not gatekeeping. Show us something you've built, a thesis you've defended, or a trade you've reasoned through end-to-end.

We are quiet about hiring and slow when we do. If the timing isn't right, we'd rather not. When it is, we move fast.
